I chose these ratings because I feel like I need to improve on my pronunciations which
is why I gave myself a 3. For work habits I gave myself a 4 because I do work hard.
Something I need to work on is not getting distracted and to stay focused. I think my
pronunciations have improved but they still need more improvement.
