1) Most people sleepwalk through the first half of their lives unaware of their potential and living reactionary lives based on past experiences.
2) Around midlife, people often experience crises as they realize they are unhappy and unfulfilled.
3) This period of midlife presents an opportunity for transformation where people can embark on inner reflection to discover their true selves and rebuild their lives based on principles of love, personal growth, and service to others.
The document discusses several topics related to spirituality and human development. It argues that fully participating in the life of the Creator and cooperating with the Spirit is more authentic than finding comfort in false loves or religions. It also says that infatuations can be a natural early stage of love if properly oriented, but can become idolatry or infidelity if improperly nurtured. Lastly, it asserts that all stages of human development are equally intrinsically valuable, and that we should not devalue aspects like the body or early developmental stages.
It takes but the Spirit to connect with the Soul
& the Mind to be attuned to the Body. When a sense of permanence is lost by that which filled a valuable place, the loss requires a transformation that becomes the "Move into You".
This document provides an overview of a class on mediumship communications. It includes definitions of key terms like mediumship, medianimic, and medium. Everybody dream or aspire to be sexy, happy and young forever or at least till death, irrespective of religion or ideology. Yes, it is possible. By a process of Realization and Integration, life of every man or woman can be made more happy, beautiful and stress-free. Without attaining integration, Yoga or meditations are ineffective exercises. A set of simple rules and techniques based on Realization and Integration has been proposed. They are not so complex or difficult as they appear. It is based on my own explorations through centuries and civilizations, taking about fifty years. I am sharing what I have got for the benefit of the Humanity, men and women; the young and the old besides the coming generations. It is my basic duty and responsibility as a Teacher who still learns and observe the world around.
This document discusses human greatness and empowerment. It argues that through coaching and mastering one's mind, a person can access their innate power and greatness. The document suggests that most people give their power away through toxic relationships and living to please others. However, by choosing one's energy sources carefully, through practices like meditation and prayer, a person can reclaim their power and freedom to live according to their highest self. Coaching is presented as a way to guide people to access their inner strength and path in life.

Huawei Technologies Ltd_Case Study Analysis (Tyler Anton)Tyler Anton
Huawei analyzed expanding into Canada's telecommunications market in 2008. It found that Canada had strong political and economic ties with China that supported the expansion. Canada's telecom industry faced high barriers to entry but also intense competition among major players. Huawei was well positioned due to its global operations, low costs from China, and ability to invest heavily in R&D. To further advance in Canada, Huawei proposed a joint venture with the Canadian government and a local company to spin off 5 new technology startups over 3 years, investing in R&D and infrastructure to strengthen Canada's tech industry.

Facilitation based training in the Higher Ed sectorCraig Bellamy
This document discusses facilitation-based teaching and learning in higher education. It defines facilitation as creating positive learning environments that develop independent, self-directed learners and support student progression. Various facilitation activities are outlined to engage students in communication, reinforce content, and develop study skills. These include ice-breakers, small group work, discussions, and hands-on problem solving. Effective facilitation requires considering student groupings, resources, questioning techniques, and incorporating elements like introductions, body activities, and conclusions. A template is provided to plan facilitation activities.
This thesis focuses on developing metasurfaces for manipulating electromagnetic waves with applications in imaging and holography. Metasurfaces are two-dimensional counterparts of metamaterials that use periodic arrays of subwavelength structures to exhibit electromagnetic phenomena not found in nature. The main objective is to simultaneously control the polarization state, amplitude, and phase of light. The work aims to realize devices demonstrating circular conversion dichroism, broadband control of phase and amplitude, and an efficient broadband hologram in the visible to infrared range. Fabrication and characterization techniques are explored to experimentally validate theoretical designs.
Inner sustainability: Seven Change Facilitators and Ted HarrisValuesCentre
This document discusses how inner sustainability and values shape our experienced reality and outer world. It argues that our basic values, moods, and attitudes unconsciously influence our actions and behavior, which then shape the objective reality around us. It presents a model where experiencing life fully, reflecting on experiences, and consciously choosing future actions based on intentions can lead to inner sustainability and positively influence the outer world. The document suggests focusing on developing self-esteem, compassion, and benevolence through existential growth to achieve inner sustainability.

NAMA is a word used to indicate true self; inseparable from the unifying universal self. Hence forgetting our self or being oblivious to our self can be referred to as NAMAVISMARAN [NAMA (self); VISMARAN (forgetting)].
As we “forget” our true self (NAMAVISMARAN), i.e. undergo a “descent” into our caricatures, we begin to live as our caricatures. We then get segregated into races, philosophies, ideologies, religions, cultures, nations, regions, families and individuals! Latter we descend further by the downward momentum of individualization and into pettier and meaner life!

PRACTICE PREACHING AND PROMOTION
They know that while they are practicing NAMASMARAN; the whole universe is actually going through the process of self realization, unity, harmony and justice; along with them. This experience is so ecstatic; that they cannot resist themselves from preaching and promoting NAMASMARAN in every possible way; as a matter of greatest privilege, golden opportunity and of top most priority.
1) Namasmaran is the practice of remembering the name of God through chanting or silent remembrance. It is a traditional practice of stress management that is universal and can benefit people of all backgrounds.
2) Namasmaran involves remembering holy names, with or without counting, alone or in a group, through chanting, music, dance or breathing. It aims to reconnect one's physiological self with their true spiritual self.
3) Some arguments against namasmaran are that it does not produce tangible results and there is no proof it leads to enlightenment. However, proponents say it must be experienced to understand its benefits, and historically many spiritual figures practiced it.

The overall message is that we can co-create positive experiences by being present in each moment and directing our thoughts, feelings and intentions in a conscious, purposeful way.
This document discusses various concepts related to leadership, personal development, and spirituality. It contains 3 main points:
1) Leadership is about inspiring and empowering others rather than controlling them. True leadership comes from moral authority rather than formal authority.
2) Personal growth involves moving from ego and separateness to unity with others. This includes shifting one's mindset from blame to taking responsibility.
3) Practices like gratitude, generosity, compassion, and forgiveness can help reduce stress and promote well-being. Letting go of resentment allows one to move forward in a positive manner.
Life isn't all things considered however as We areDayane Santos
We as a whole have alternate point of view about existence. A few of us see positive parts of whatever occurs. While some continue to fault that life is a struggle. Why a few sees excellence of the nursery while some see, dry leaf and waste dispersed en route. Why a few of us change the conditions around them and some change themselves according to conditions.

The document discusses the idea that God has both masculine and feminine qualities and aspects. It suggests that by uniting the opposites within ourselves, such as the masculine and feminine, we can increase our consciousness and spiritual growth. The title "The God Crucible" refers to how each person contains both qualities and can act as a vessel for transforming and uniting those opposites, similar to how a crucible is used for transformation, to help create a more unified understanding and experience of God. By becoming more conscious of our "shadow" sides and uniting them with our preferred sides, we can continue progressing spiritually.

This document discusses the differences between spirituality and religion. It states that spirituality refers to one's connection to their inner spirit or soul, which is present in all living things regardless of religious beliefs. Religion is a set of beliefs and practices surrounding spirituality. The key difference is that spirituality is a personal experience while religion provides a structure of beliefs. It argues that being religious does not necessarily make one spiritual, as spirituality requires awareness of one's connection to all things. Obstacles like negative thinking can block spiritual awareness and expression. The document advocates staying true to one's beliefs but with an open mind and focus on unconditional love, goodness, and connection to others.
