Mental health has been in the news quite a bit lately. Dozens of U.S. states are currently suing Meta for contributing to the youth mental health crisis by inserting addictive features into their products, while the U.S. Surgeon General is touring the nation to bring awareness to the growing epidemic of loneliness and isolation. The country has endured periods of low national morale, such as in the 1970s when high inflation and the energy crisis worsened public sentiment following the Vietnam War. The current mood, however, feels different. Gallup recently reported that national mental health is at an all-time low, with few bright spots to lift spirits.
To better understand how Americans are feeling and their attitudes towards mental health in general, ThinkNow conducted a nationally representative quantitative survey of 1,500 respondents and found some interesting differences among ethnic, age and gender groups.
Technology
For example, 52% agree that technology and social media have a negative impact on mental health, but when broken out by race, 61% of Whites felt technology had a negative effect, and only 48% of Hispanics thought it did.
While technology has helped us keep in touch with friends and family in faraway places, it appears to have degraded our ability to connect in person. Staying connected online is a double-edged sword since the same news feed that brings us pictures of the grandkids and fluffy kittens also feeds us news about the wars in Israel and Ukraine, the dysfunction in Washington, the latest mass shooting and the climate crisis.
Hispanics may have a built-in defense against the isolation technology breeds, owing to their large, multigenerational households, strong social support systems, and tendency to use social media to stay connected with relatives abroad.
Age and Gender
When asked how individuals rate their mental health, men rate it higher than women by 11 percentage points, and Baby Boomers rank it highest at 83%, saying it’s good or excellent vs. 57% of Gen Z saying the same.
Gen Z spends the most amount of time on social media, so the notion that social media negatively affects mental health appears to be correlated. Unfortunately, Gen Z is also the generation that’s least comfortable discussing mental health concerns with healthcare professionals. Only 40% of them state they’re comfortable discussing their issues with a professional compared to 60% of Millennials and 65% of Boomers.
Race Affects Attitudes
As seen in previous research conducted by ThinkNow, Asian Americans lag other groups when it comes to awareness of mental health issues. Twenty-four percent of Asian Americans believe that having a mental health issue is a sign of weakness compared to the 16% average for all groups. Asians are also considerably less likely to be aware of mental health services in their communities (42% vs. 55%) and most likely to seek out information on social media (51% vs. 35%).

Questo modulo che si integra al modulo base, offre una soluzione specifica per le aziende
che commercializzano il GPL sia sfuso che in bombole.
Le aziende che trattano questo prodotto hanno delle specifiche esigenze di gestione a cui questo
modulo da delle risposte complete e funzionali.
Il Modulo GPL offre le seguenti funzionalità :
• Gestione impianti in cui sono installati i piccoli serbatoi.
• Gestione del work flow autorizzativo per l’installazione dei piccoli serbatoi.
• Gestione dei contratti di GPL Sfuso sia in modalità di fornitura che a consumo (contatore).
• Gestione delle piccole reti canalizzate.
• Gestione delle richieste di fornitura di GPL e riclassificazione delle stesse per giro/autista.
• Calcolo e pianificazione delle consegne su base statistica del consumo storico degli impianti.
• Interfacciamento con le soluzioni di tentata vendita sia di sfuso che di bombole
• Interfaccia EDI per l’invio delle informazioni relative ai serbatoi installati, ai loro consumi ed alle
attività di manutenzione per le aziende che sono concessionarie di marchi leader del settore.
• Gestione della manutenzione programmata dei piccoli serbatoi e delle valvole. Nel caso in
cui la manutenzione programmata venga rilevata con i terminali mobili, le relative interfacce sono
disponibili.
• Gestione dei listini di vendita per fasce di prezzo (sfuso) o per rivenditori e consumatori
(bombole)
• Gestione degli omaggi per la commercializzazione delle bombole.

realizzano reti di impianti stradali di proprietà la cui gestione è diretta o affidata a terze parti.
Il Modulo IMPIANTI STRADALI offre le seguenti funzionalità :
• Gestione anagrafica degli impianti
• Gestione dei listini prezzi di vendita per località
• Controllo delle forniture effettuate agli impianti e dell’ erogato.
• Gestione dei conguagli di prezzi di vendita
• Gestione delle manutenzioni e dei costi degli impianti.

• Gestione delle carte petrolifere, delle forniture a credito, delle fatturazioni dei carburanti

• Controllo della redditività di impianto.
5. MODULO DEPOSITI FISCALI – Cod. PT-FIS
Questo modulo che si integra al modulo base, offre una soluzione specifica per quelle aziende che
hanno la qualifica di deposito fiscale.
Il deposito fiscale è una entità che riceve delle materie prime, in regime di accisa sospesa, e poi le
trasforma, denaturazione, in prodotti finiti che immette sul mercato ed li assoggetta ad accisa, che poi
versa allo stato.
Per questa sua natura di sostituto d’imposta il deposito fiscale deve rigorosamente rispettare una
normativa fiscale molto precisa e puntuale.
Il Modulo DEPOSITO FISCALE offre le seguenti funzionalità :
• Gestione del processo di denaturazione delle materie prime.
• Gestione della contabilità di deposito fiscale, costituita dai registri di carico scarico delle materie
prime e dei prodotti finiti, dai registri della movimentazione delle accise e delle garanzie.
• Chiusure periodiche dei registri fiscali.
• Gestione della telematizzazione delle accise (sono adempimenti diversi da quelli di un
deposito commerciale)
• Gestione della telematizzazione dei DAA
MODULO SERVIZI – Cod. PT-SER
Questo modulo che si integra al modulo base, offre una soluzione specifica per le aziende al loro
interno oltre a gestire un deposito di prodotti energetici, si occupano anche della manutenzione
e conduzioni di impianti termici.
Tipicamente questa attività viene svolta nei confronti di enti pubblici, con i quali vengono stipulati
dei contratti che devono garantire all’ente pubblico, per tutta la durata della stagione invernale,
una determinata temperatura nei locali degli edifici oggetto di contratto.
Il Modulo SERVIZI offre le seguenti funzionalità :
• Gestione anagrafica degli impianti in gestione
• Gestione dei contratti di conduzione impianti termici.
• Scadenziario per l’emissione delle fatture .
• Gestione della revisione prezzi.
• Gestione e fatturazione degli interventi extracontrattuali
• Gestione della redditività dei contratti di conduzione impianti termici.
• Pianificazione degli interventi di manutenzione preventiva e conservativa
• Gestione dei rifornimenti del combustibile.
• Gestione delle richieste di intervento di manutenzione (Call Center) ed integrazione di queste
con i dispositivi mobili in dotazione ai tecnici per l’apertura e la consuntivazione dell’intervento.
