Michigan Bee Co’s Honey Haus was recently verified by the Michigan Department of Agriculture’s
Environmental Assurance Program under the Farmstead System. We are the first full service
beekeeping company to achieve this honor! Additionally, we are using the US Green Building
Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Operations and Maintenance
(LEED O&M) rating system. We believe that it is absolutely imperative to implement practices in our
operations that protect pollinators and their ecosystems!
