Mibrary is an environment for collecting and sharing insights on various topics. Users can create categories for their insights and view insights from other users in different categories. The interface allows users to explore contexts around insights and write their own insights to share with others in the community.
Mibrary is an intelligent environment for collecting and sharing insights on various topics. It allows users to organize insights into categories like Charter Schools, Steve Jobs, Law, and more. Users can view and interact with others' insights, follow commenters, and build pages showcasing their own favorite insights from different sources over time. The tool aims to help users learn from each other in an organized way.
Welcome to Mibrary, an environment to collect and share insights on various topics. It allows users to organize insights into categories and tags. Example insights included Steve Jobs saying "You can't build a cool technology, then find users for it. You have to start with the user!" and thoughts on business metrics, programming, law, and more. Users can interact with each other's insights in a stream and explore context around insights. The tool limits insights to 350 characters to keep them consistent.
This document discusses using museum exhibits to enhance classroom learning. It recommends aligning museum visits with Common Core State Standards and 21st century skills. Teachers should have students work in teams to select an exhibit, use prompts to stimulate observation and analysis, then discuss as a group how the work communicates ideas and could contribute to social improvement. The goal is for students to investigate the world through art and recognize different perspectives.

This document describes research on developing a cheap chess robot using computer vision. It discusses the motivation for robot chess perception and highlights related works that imposed constraints like specialized chessboards. The researchers aim to relax these constraints by allowing a movable camera and standard chessboard/pieces, and describe finding the chessboard, detecting moves, and experiments evaluating the system.

Removing Uninteresting Bytes in Software FuzzingAftab Hussain
Imagine a world where software fuzzing, the process of mutating bytes in test seeds to uncover hidden and erroneous program behaviors, becomes faster and more effective. A lot depends on the initial seeds, which can significantly dictate the trajectory of a fuzzing campaign, particularly in terms of how long it takes to uncover interesting behaviour in your code. We introduce DIAR, a technique designed to speedup fuzzing campaigns by pinpointing and eliminating those uninteresting bytes in the seeds. Picture this: instead of wasting valuable resources on meaningless mutations in large, bloated seeds, DIAR removes the unnecessary bytes, streamlining the entire process.
In this work, we equipped AFL, a popular fuzzer, with DIAR and examined two critical Linux libraries -- Libxml's xmllint, a tool for parsing xml documents, and Binutil's readelf, an essential debugging and security analysis command-line tool used to display detailed information about ELF (Executable and Linkable Format). Our preliminary results show that AFL+DIAR does not only discover new paths more quickly but also achieves higher coverage overall. This work thus showcases how starting with lean and optimized seeds can lead to faster, more comprehensive fuzzing campaigns -- and DIAR helps you find such seeds.
