▪ I make decisions following careful analysis, rather than relying on other team members
▪ I wait before disciplining a team member, so that people have a chance to correct their behaviours

Job-related skills As Intelligent network engineer (IN specialist) I am able to do the below points:
▪ Hp servers hardware :
a) replace server Hard disks
b) replace CPU
c) replace Memories
d) Replace Cells
▪ EVA disk array
a) checks logs and find broken disks and replace them
▪ Ocean store disk array
a) checks logs and find broken disks and replace them
▪ IN services (software)
a) make basic tests (Calls, GPRS ,MMS,SMS) then checks the row CDRS from CBPs to
check IN behaviours
b) Check KPIs from OCGs (SCPs) to know if subscriber has problem or not , and then
according to error code at KPI solve it is problem.
c) Create Short codes (SMS,IVR,MMS) as eligibilities and prices marketing ask
d) create SCP(OCG) , CBP traces to check if IN trigger the call or not and solve the problem
according to the trace
e) change flags for VPN subscriber to make profile meet them need E.g. ( allow GSM to make
off net calls, send SMS to SCs)
f) Solve complains by checking GSM CDRs (MGR , VOU , MON ,Calls) to check if IN
reservation normal behaviours cause the problem or missed CDRs problem or there is no
problem at all.
g) check VOMS transactions on IN and determine if GSM or dealer deserve refund or not
h) Roaming
a) create new providers on IN and USAU
b) check if provider exist on IN and USAU or not
c) reprising Roaming calls ( RMOC , RMTC , RSMS) according to marketing request this
include create new price plan for each type:
d) change the pricing way from SYP to SDR and test it then release it on live system
1. RMOC
export the live price plan and edit the prices price according to zones provided by marketing and test
this price plan then release it and make SYNC on all CBPs
2. RSMS
export the live price plan and edit the prices price according to zones provided by marketing and test
this price plan then release it and make SYNC on all CBPs
3. RMTC
RMTC contains three price plans 1- Peak 2-Off peak 3-Happy Friday
export the live price plan check for the providers need to change prices for each price plan and test it
and release and then SYNC
e) working on change time from summer to winter and winter to summer on (CBP , SCP , VPN
portal , i2000)
f) turning off all IN then turn it on ( we made this operation because company power
engineers want to make power improvements)
▪ VOMS ( voucher management system) provided from Eserve global company

at this project I worked on 5 phases
1- phase one
working on FRS to determine the requirements we need
2- phase two
working on install hardware at site and worked with the vendor (Huawei) and local vendor(ETS) to
install the hardware correctly
3- phase three
work with other department from company to ensure that the connectivity is ok between OCS and
company network and between OCS and MSCs and between OCS PR and OCS DR
4- phase four
work on the migration from OCS 1.2 to OCS 5.5
5- phase five
do tests on OCS 5.5 to make sure that it is stable
