2. DETASAD project:
Management Services Transport project ( TNOC – AVM & CMC 2015)
Participated with DETASAD Company in MST project (STC) as NCM engineer doing the
following task:
 Performing Maintenance down Times (MDT’s) and Threatening Conditions (TC’s)
by investigating the traffic impact.
 Support the network fault management team with MDT processing by using
RTTS ticketing system.
 Monitoring raised alarms & timely escalations to field engineers in case of any
service affecting issues.
 Fix the issues called tickets due to raised alarms (LOS,LOF,MS-AIS,…) observed
during duty time ,and hand over the last update to next shift colleges .
 Supporting the MDT team to ignore any conflict with DWDM links to avoid any
outage.
