Sportlane - tunnelis teed oma tööd, elu kaugeneb,
reaalsus tuhmistub, elad ebareaalses maailmas kus sinu
eest on kõik asjad orgunnitud. ( kasvatame saamatuid
inimesi )
 Tee minu sõnade mitte tegude järgi.
 Teiste kogemustest ei õpi keegi.
Ainult enda läbi elatu jääb meelde.
 Rutiin.
 Pühendumine.
Vastutus.
Tore aeg.
Treener – vastutus. Eeskuju.
Tagasiside positiivsele ja negatiivsele emotsioonile peab
olema balansis.
Hoiakud- kui sa ise ei tee, siis ei tee keegi.
Rutiin – ratas liigub kui teda pidevalt nügida.
Ei ole valmis vastuseid ega mudeleid on kogemus +
õpitud tarkused, mis tuleb kokku panna.
Andekad ja laisad, andetud ja töökad.
Pühendumine – torusse minek on põnev aga ohtlik.
Hunt on hunt, mitte hallivati mees –nimeta asju õigete
nimedega. ( valus aga vajalik tipptasemel )
Äri – ole sina ise ja õpi juurde oma nõrku külgi.
Entusiasm – kui silmad säravad, siis kõik liigub.

Rutiin. Otsuseid tuleb teha - Kogu aeg edasi, hea
kui juhtkonnas oleks üks kes on „dreamer“ ja teine
„realist/tegija“.
