During language time, children recognized letters while playing a modified version of Twister. Aubrey also taught the children the Hokey Pokey to help them learn right from left. As lead teacher, Aubrey's theme of safety included a visit from the fire department.
The document discusses the development of the social care profession from its origins to its current state as an adolescent profession struggling with identity issues. It analyzes how the profession's "inner child" drive to help others has contributed to perceptions of it being vague and undefined. It suggests that for the profession to mature, it needs to develop an overarching framework that integrates all aspects of social care practice and establishes a clear identity separate from other similar professions. This framework would be based on the commonalities of working directly with clients and their broad range of needs.

This document contains projected financial statements for Maruti Suzuki Ltd. for the 2013-14 fiscal year, including growth rates for key metrics like sales, costs, profits, assets and liabilities from 2008-09 to 2012-13. It then analyzes factors that would impact the budgeted values for 2013-14, concluding that the projected 13.26% sales growth is too high given economic conditions, a 3% excise duty on cars, and Maruti's own forecast of 6-8% growth. Lower sales may impact other line items like EBIT, though cost reductions could boost EBIT. A new SUV launch may provide a small sales boost but rising fuel prices reduce SUV demand.
