This document summarizes the main activities and training programs of an ICT company called vICTory. They offer 1) ICT mainframe academy to provide training for beginners and experienced professionals, 2) ICT contracting to find qualified candidates to match client needs, and 3) ICT placement and head hunting services. Their system training program is a 2 month intensive course to teach students mainframe computing skills like ISPF, JCL, MVS, and more so they can become system administrators or console operators.
