Air Capital Flyers Special Olympics, February 2016 to May 2016
As an intern with the Air Capital Flyers. I did a range of things including: event planning,maintaining social
media, consistently communicating with others through phone and email and writing and editing copy. I also
assisted on brainstorming for add-ons to the website.
Wichita State Child Development Center- Teacher’s Assistant, January 2013 to May 2016
I worked as a teacher’s assistantwith children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. I was responsible for watching the
kids and helping the teacher with any activities they participate in. I would eat, play and help the kids solve
disputes. I alsocleaned the classroom during naptime.
Valley Center Municipal Pool- Lifeguard, May 2010 to August 2013
I cleaned the pool and the surrounding area, and set up guard stands. Once we opened, I watched children to
make sure they obeyed the rules, dealt with injuries and administered first aid, and assistor pull kids from
the water who are in distress. After the pool closes we tore down the guard stands and put away any items
used that day. I have also taught swimming lessons every.
Halstead Bank- Teller, August 2012-January 2013
I worked as a part-time teller, and was one of two mandatory employees present to open and maintain the
bank in Bentley, KS. I was responsible for opening and closing the bank, running customers’ transactions and
keeping the vault balanced. I also kept the ATM balanced and stocked as well as my personal drawer
balanced through out the day
