I lead a team of four individuals in event planning and anything the current residents need.I perform tasks such developing the
schedules for the Mavericks and Leasing Consultants (eleven employees), in addition to administering the payroll processes.Iam also
responsible for coordinating and planning all resident events while maintaining a specific budget,part of my role for which I was
recognized by ‘Corporate’ for my ‘Exceptional efforts in implementing social media marketing’. As a team we are also responsible for
helping potential future residents with all the paperwork, and managing daily tasks such as; answering the phones,filing leases and
organizing packages. In addition, I am responsible for community relations; which includes all co-vending partnerships with both
local businesses and corporations. In addition to being on a local level, I also have experience traveling to otherUniversity House
