This document discusses merging student schedules across cohorts and programs to increase retention rates and reduce expenses. It proposes using current and merged scheduling to combine class rotations for different student populations. Initial results from the second quarter show a 21% increase in student population from winter to summer of 2011, indicating the scheduling changes may be having a positive impact.
