 In1946 heeft Edgar Dale een theorie
  opgesteld, genaamd ‘Cone of Experience’
 Later (jaren ’60) gebruiken andere
  auteurs soortgelijke plaatjes met
  percentages:
     10%   van   wat   we   lezen
     20%   van   wat   we   horen
     30%   van   wat   we   zien
     50%   van   wat   we   horen en zien
     70%   van   wat   we   met anderen bespreken
     90%   van   wat   we   uitleggen aan anderen
 Waar   komen deze percentages vandaan?
    NTL, maar testresultaten zijn spoorloos blijkt uit
     mailcontact
 Eenaantal theorien bevestigen dat de
 manier van aanbieden invloed heeft op het
 onthouden
    bv. dualcoding, multifeaturehypothesis
 Uit ons vooronderzoek blijkt dat ruim de
  helft van de docenten de piramide kent.
 40% van de docenten ‘gebruikt’ de piramide.
