SUBJECT: Request of assignment change
1. I CDT/CPT Jernigan, OIC of Northwest Florida State College formally request a
change of assignment. I have continued to show resilience and dedication throughout
my assignment, and recently been identified as the reason for the NWFS battalion’s
success during the current semester. I request to be transferred to the position of
Battalion Commander for the University of West Florida ROTC battalion. With this
request I ensure my commitment and dedication to the Army and UWF’s mission.
