There are two membership criteria blocks from April 16th 2011 to October 15th 2011 and from October 16th 2011 to April 15th 2012. Both blocks require planning and budgeting, submitting SONA and NTR reports, correctly registering members in the online system, meeting local event requirements, and completing at least three exchanges (one TN and one EP). The first block additionally requires legal status documentation, while the second block does not. Revisions are due on July 10th and October 10th for the first block, and January 10th and April 10th for the second block.
