An accomplished professional with extensive Safety, and contractual
administrative experience. Previously served as: Vice-President of
Contracts pro-tem for several months overseeing $5, 000,000 (five
million dollars) in contracts at 20 different contractual sites with an
approximate staff of 100 employees., I also previously served as Quality
Control Manager, Site Safety Manager, Environmentalist and
Authorized OSHA Instructor. I’m currently the Chief Operating Officer
at Universal Safety Consultants and Services and oversee the daily

acquired the certification from The Occupational safety and Health
Administration, The Health and Safety Institute, The National Safety
Council, and LSU/Department of Agriculture and Forestry. I have also
acquired 113 hours from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary
and needs 15 hours to acquire a Bachelor degree in Theology with an
underlying expertise in counseling.

Achievements
In my former job capacity as: Quality Control Rep., Site Safety
Manager, and Environmentalist I was responsible for assuring that the
work performed for two departments meet all contractual
specifications. I conduct all inspections and provide reports for vehicle
accidents, property damage, and personal injuries.
I have received many accolades for turning around floundering
contractual standards by the contractor, and helped them retain their
military contract by developing their Quality Control Plans and Safety
Plans; which was a contractual requirement needed to retain the
contract. I instituted plans for daily inspections that could be submitted
instantaneously through smart phones. I facilitated numerous Quality
Control and safety classes for the supervisory staff, and coordinated
daily Safety lessons for employees that have had a profound effect on
the employees’ job performance. I instituted a plan where the company
was one of the first contractor to meet the Military’s Green Concept
Standards; whereas the company moved from environmental
hazardous material to more environmental friendly green products that
is more in line with Federal Standards

have conducted hundreds of safety classes. I’m currently a Medic First
Aid CPR/AED (Infant, Child, Adult) Instructor, Oxygen First Aid for
Emergency Instructor, PediatricPlus CPR/AED Instructor, Defensive
Driving Instructor, Passenger Service and Safety Certified Trainer
through the Community Transportation Association and the University
of Wisconsin Milwaukee, OSHA General Industry 30 and 10 hour
Outreach instructor through the University of Texas Arlington, and
License Arborist. As a license Arborist through Louisiana State
University and the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry; as
an Arborist I planted more than two hundred and fifty (250) trees on
the Naval Air Station and Joint Reserve Base in Belle Chasse Louisiana. I
have fell more than 15 trees on various Federal Contracts.
