MEKONG DELATA DISCOVERY TOUR

Day 1 (21st
March 2016): Ho Chi Minh – Mekong delta (L, D)
Have breakfast at hotel. Then you will depart from Ho Chi Minh city to Cai Be without tour
guide. Arrive in Cai Be harbor, you will take a boat trip transfer to Mekong Lodge. After
checking in the bungalows, you will enjoy lunch in the nice restaurant with the Vietnamese day-
menu.
From 15h00pm: you will join an afternoon cycling tour to Tân Phong island, go to one of the
orchard: approx. 10km along village paths, in passing 3 wooden ferries, in about 2 hours. Then
you come back to Mekong lodge in order to join a cooking class & enjoy dinner in restaurant.
Riverside Bar is open until mid-night.
Overnight at Mekong Lodge.
Day 2 (22nd
March 2016): Mekong delta – Ho Chi Minh (B)
From 07:00 – 08:00am: enjoy breakfast in the restaurant.
From 08:00am: you will take a boat trip to the bustling floating market, visit handicraft villages
and interact with the local people, and Cai Be market on land, then transfer to Mekong Lodge.
At 11:30 am: you check out the bungalow.
At 12:00pm: you will take a boat trip transfer to Cai Be harbor, then travel back to Ho Chi Minh
city by private car. On the way to Ho Chi Minh, you can stop by Mekong Rest stop to enjoy
lunch yourselves. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh city. Tour ends.
