The meeting took place on September 22nd, 2014 from 9:30-10:30 AM in Room A29 of the Media Department at Oaks Park High School. Ranvir Jandoo, Sarah Ghile, Keanon Mcsween, and Namrah Siddique attended. They finalized the production schedule, allocated roles and tasks, with Sarah editing the schedule, Namrah completing the brief, Ranvir starting the pre-questionnaire, and Keanon researching genres. Their next meeting will finalize the schedule and complete individual tasks.

3.  DISCUSSION
 This was our first meeting as an official group as previous meetings
had not involved Ranvir Jandoo, who later joined the group. Here
we discussed and finalised the production schedule, and made it
clear who was assigned to each task. We also allocated roles in the
group such as who would manage the group folder and the group
blog.
