Meet me halfway_Midterm Presentation
This document outlines plans for cultural probes and user research to inform the design of a meeting coordination app called "Meet Me Halfway." It describes conducting probes with 6-8 participants of varying demographics. The probing package includes a subway map, camera, message bottle, and USB drive with music. Participants will mark meeting locations on the map, take photos of meetings to share online, write responses to questions in the bottle, and leave comments on the USB. Their feedback will be analyzed to map contexts for meeting coordination and design scenario-based user testing involving discussing past meetings, photos, and locations to understand how people choose where to meet.

Scenario • Each participantsreceive a package • Go home and open the package • Follow the instructions • Open the music file in the USB and turn on the music • Open the map and start checking locations • Do what ever you planned, when you have a meeting take a camera(or mobile-phone), take pictures (members, place etc), and up load on SNS with brief explanation • Open the bottle, unroll the paper and check the questions, then write opinions. • Write comments and save it in the USB • Send the package back to me
