Main focus of the virtual expo is to optimize the Mediterranean
region’s export potential through facilitating innovation and
the creation of world class brands MEDexpo Fair capable of
successfully competing globally.
Exhibitors come from various industries in the Mediterranean
region. MEDexpo increases the brands with good credibility
and strength. It is expected the Fair to be participated by the
elite of the Mediterranean enterprises. Among them,
manufacturers account for 51%; foreign trade enterprises
account for 38%; industrial trade enterprises account for 10%;
scientific research institutions and enterprises of other types
account for 1%.
During the Exhibition Days of MEDexpo there will be performed

This agreement is made between www.exponet.us, Nicosia,
Cyprus and the company or organisation participating in
www.exponet.us, and described on this Order Form (hereinafter
“Participant”)
Rights and Obligations of www.exponet.us
1. www.exponet.us guarantees the smooth operation of the
online exhibitions, directory, marketplace – hereinafter
“Directory”. Under no circumstances shall www.exponet.us
be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the
content or services delivered via any www.exponet.us
resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature and/or
forces or causes beyond the reasonable control of
www.exponet.us including without limitation internet,
computer, telecommunications or other equipment failures,
electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots,
insurrections, civil disturbances, fires, floods, storms,
explosions, war, government actions, and/or orders of
domestic or foreign courts or tribunals.
2. www.exponet.us provides technical support and, through
its hotline, has the responsibility to provide assistance to
participants within 24 hours.
3. www.exponet.us provides all designs and facilities online as
required by the Participant for setting up and maintaining
their presence within the Directory.
4. www.exponet.us provides a web based platform for the
listing, display and exposure of the Participant’s products
and services and for the exchange of information with
visitors.
5. www.exponet.us is not a trading platform. For every
Directory it is the sole responsibility of the Participant and
visitors to verify the credibility of any and all trade partners.
For any future arrangement with a trade lead obtained
through the Directory both parties (Participant and visitors)
have the responsibility to provide accurate specifications
and descriptions of their products and services and to verify
each other’s credibility.
6. www.exponet.us reserves the right to change its service, to
remove features or introduce new features, functionalities
or applications to its services and to change future versions
of its service.
Rights and Obligations of the Participant
1. The Participant may include data in the Directory and
decorate their stand according to their requirements. It is
the sole responsibility of the Participant to ensure the correct
and desired content is included.
2. The Participant can do business with visitors to their Stand
and/or Directory entry and can visit other participant’s
Stands or Directory entries.
3. The Participant guarantees the authenticity and validity of
the products and services they include without fraudulence.
4. The Participant agrees to the participation package(s)
indicated on this document and agrees to pay the
indicated amount(s) for participating in the Directory at
least 48 hours prior to the Directory information becoming
live using the payment method of their choice or agreed to
with www.exponet.us
5. Any cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the total price
payable by the Participant.
6. The Participant understands and warrants that under no
circumstances should their included content conflict with
the relevant laws of the European Union and the laws of the
country within which the content is included. The
Participant agrees that any and all information submitted to
www.exponet.us for display on the Directory website shall
not:
a. Infringe on or violate any third party copyright,
patent, trademark, trade secret or any other right
or rights of publicity or privacy or any other third
party rights;
b. Contain fraudulent information or market any items
prohibited by applicable law;
c. Violate any applicable law or religion;
d. Contain any content of a vulgar or illegal nature or
that refers to any other no
www.exponet.us participant;
e. Contain any computer viruses or other destructive
devices or codes that may damage, interfere with,
intercept or expropriate any software or hardware
system, data or personal information;
f. Defame, libel, threaten or harass;
7. The Participant hereby agrees that under no circumstances
shall www.exponet.us be held liable to the Participant or
any third parties for their inability to use the service for any
reason.
