Whether you are new to meditation or a long time practitioner, please join us
for an exploration of different meditation styles that activate your energy centers.
What you will learn and experience:
Explore meditation practices to find one that you enjoy
Learn about the 7 major chakras and associated sounds, gestures,
elements, and do meditations to activate and balance each one
Relax, de-stress and gain body-mind-spirit balance
Feel happier and be more productive by taking time to be still
Learn mindful practices for everyday life: eating, walking, listening
Everyone is welcome– no need to have prior experience meditating, no need to
have any particular beliefs, and you will not need to sit stock stillor on the floor
