Task 1- shooting game write a treatment for the game

It is a game called ballistic rifles and is a game that can be played on ps3,xbox and psp, by outing
more game consoles to be played on this increase our chances of people buying it because ps3 is
very popular at the moment and so is x box. It is a game which is designed to be like mw3 but more
modern and the retail price is £39.99 as it is new. First we went through the concept development
and design /which includes game designers etc.

Next we went to implementation which was to get the artists to draw out the base of the game. And
use Programmers and technical directors. Once the game is made we have to test it which included
professional testers and beta testers And also educational testers to make sure it’s safe. Then
deployment is where we get all the sales marketing ideas and use them to sell our product.

Task 2- audience profile

Consumer Demographics

Age 16-39/sex=either /both

Has time to play or plays it or
plays it in a way to relax or wind
down

Is a student or adult

Obviously has enough money to
buy the game

As for the student /get family to
buy for them/saved money




Task 3 – plan market strategy

Poster, in game shops

Includes: retail price, what the game looks like, eye catching colours, pictures

My marketing strategy is going to be through a poster and will be put in big game shops like GAME
and then will be effective enough to get us loads of money to be doing adverts t raise our popularity
and help us get more people to buy it as it is in a well known and trusted shop.
