Product And Why?

2.  Dimension films may distribute my product because
over the past 3 years they have distributed 5 horror
films in the USA and some worldwide.
 These Include...

4.  My film has similarities with both Scream 4 and
Piranha 3DD in the sense that it uses younger
characters at the forefront of their storyline
possibly to appeal to a younger audience. Like ‘Jill
Roberts’ and ‘Kirby Reed’ in Scream 4 & ‘Maddy’ in
Piranha 3DD

5.  The similarities between my story and Scream 4 also
continue with the idea that another human being (as
opposed to the mutant fish in Piranha 3DD) is out to
kill the protagonist and that it would continue
throughout the film’s entirety. The masked figure in
Scream 4 & the mysterious man in the dark room in
my film ‘Shortcut’.

6.  All films mentioned above achieved a fair amount of
success at the box office. Scream 4 achieved
approximately $101,314,000 worldwide, Piranha 3DD
reeled in substantially less at $8,493,728, Apollo 18
gathered more at $25,562,924 worldwide, Dark Skies
pulled off slightly more at $26,421,747 and Aftershock
managed a somewhat disappointing $58,510. This
shows that Dimension films have credibility when it
comes to distributing horror films but they may
sometimes get it a little bit wrong.
