5. Front coverOn my front cover I decided to go for a front cover across the top of the magazine so it stands out and brings the viewers attention straight to it. Also I decided to have one big picture as the main attention and have smaller subheading around the outside to show exclusive peaks of what will be inside the magazine. Also on the front cover of my magazine there is a barcode to scan for the price which is also on the front of my cover so people will know the price they have to pay for the magazine. Also on the front of the magazine there is an issue number so people no what issue it is that they have purchased. Also the colours I have used with the magazine go with the sort of music that I have used.

Contents PageOn my content page it has the page numbers that the information in the magazine is on and it also has the same colour theme that is on the front cover of the magazine also there is one picture of one of the band members to show that this magazine is mainly about this new band that is on the scence.

7. Double Page SpreadOn the double page spread there is another picture of the band and there is information on which they are and there hobbies. I got this idea from other magazines I did research on; I got this from magazines such as vibe and other RnB type magazines. Also on my double page spread there is a picture of one of my football trophy’s I took a picture of this so I can use it as like an award for my music award ceremony. Also on here I decided to add some other news about artist’s who are currently out there in the charts and used an award that they where after as part of my double page spread.

ChallengeThe real challenge was being able to compete with these magazine because these magazine are real money making magazine and are highly famous across the united kingdom.The challenge that I was set for this magazine was to make a magazine that would be competitive with a real life media magazine product.The way I set about doing was trying to get the best idea’s from all the top magazine and putting them into my magazine.

14. researchWhere did I get my idea from?I got my idea from the research that I did. I did a questionnaire to gather information about what magazine would be most attractive for my magazine I am going to produce. And what I came up with from my magazine is to design a grime magazine based of grime and funky house music .Also in the magazine I tried to fit a theme for all. By trying to keep all of the colours under one theme.

Research3,What do you usually look for in a magazine?Here are some of the question’s I asked to get data to help me design my magazine this influenced me into making sure I could make them happy by inserting there idea’s into the magazine.I asked people what they look most for in a magazine and they said they mainly look out for pictures so I tried to take and add as many pictures as I could on the front cover to try and influence people to purchase my magazine.how much would you be prepared to pay for the magazine?I asked people of a reasonable price to pay for the magazine and there was a tie between £1-£1.50 so what I decided to do was to come in the middle of the both of them and price this at £1.89 so then it meet the need of all students because this is the average price they are willing to pay for the magazine.Is Grime music something you would listen to ?I also decided to ask the if they would listen to this type of music and 60% of the people I asked said yes they would listen to it.
