This document summarizes a meeting of the Media Alliance regarding email broadcasting and deliverability services. It discusses the history of the Media Alliance including past conferences. It then discusses using a service called Lyris EmailAdvisor to test email deliverability across many email clients and ISPs. Several organizations agreed to share an EmailAdvisor account to monitor their email deliverability. • Checks HTML e-mail in 40 e-mail clients,
including the obscure and Web mail at major ISPs
like Compuserve,Yahoo, AOL, etc.
• Monitors delivery at over 40 major ISPs and e-
mail providers (North America, Europe, and Asia)
• Analyzes content, pre-screens through spam
filters, checks for black listing
• Compare our deliverability to the industry's
