Characteristics
The Venue will cover a surface of about 100.000 square meters.
• 6.500 square meters of Overlay.
• 8.000 Spectators per night, (passes or tickets).
• Tickets will be free.
• 300 Olimpic Family members per night will be host in a very
prestigious lounge inside Palazzo Madama.
• 600 persons of Workshop per day (TOROC, TOBO, Volunteers,
Contractors).
• 30 Mag&Bag at the entrances.
• 7 X-Ray Machines.
• 2 Veichle Screening Areas.
• 5 Veichle Permit Controls

Following Medal Cerimonies, Special
Entertainment Events will take place.

international artists will be prepared in order to

SHORELINE / WOA PROPOSAL
• Shoreline Media Worldwide and City of Torino have
signed 1st
of April a Memorandum of Understanding
regarding the production of Festival of The Olympians .
The goal of both is to execute a Final Agreement within 26
of April.
• City of Torino has discussed with TOROC before signing
the Memorandum of Agreement. TOROC has given a copy
of it to IOC.
• Before signing the Final Agreement City of Torino will
submit it for approvation to TOROC and IOC.
