1. About Mechanic-Care
Mechanic-Care has operated as an independent product design firm since 2007. Our primary expertise is in mechanical engineering
and electro-mechanical product design, as well as industrial engineering consulting.
Mechanic-Care was founded by Ziv Raz, a veteran mechanical engineer. Ziv was trained at the Technion, Israel Institute of
Technology and worked as an R&D engineer in two HP divisions (HP Indigo & HP Industrial Inkjet division), and Eureka Technologies,
a large product design company.
With substantial experience in digital printing, paper handling (web & sheet-fed), wide format printers, and post print systems (such
as digital varnishing & die-cutting), Mechanic-Care has a track record of designing multi-disciplinary machines. In addition, Mechanic-
Care is practicing motion systems, machine frames & covers, plastic design etc.
Mechanic-Care has the ability to interface easily with your in-house personnel, or take your entire project off-site, with no drain on
your in-house capacity. We can provide you with a complete design package, from product requirements definitions, through
conceptual design, 3D CAD Solid modeling, 2D detail manufacturing & assembly drawings, prototype production, integration support &
transferring to mass production, as required. If you need Industrial Design definition of your product we can help you out as well.
