Based on our own experiences as tech startup
founders + the experiences we hear about from
other startups in Greater Manchester and beyond
Presenting first draft of common aims to gain
agreement across all stakeholders, hopefully
aligned with the stakeholder’s own corporate
strategy
Takes time and effort; each founder currently
does this on the side of managing their own
startups
