Victor MP Nyasulu - CEO
Victor Nyasulu is a Fellow Chartered Global Management
Accountant (FCMA), Fellow member of the Zambia
Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA) who holds a
public accountants practicing certificate.
For over 20 years, Victor has accumulated a wealth
of Accounting, Treasury and Corporate governance
experience acquired from Public Service Broadcasting-
PSB (ZNBC), Aviation (Zambian Airways), Water (Lusaka
Water & Sanitation Company), Electricity (ZESCO) and
Banking (Citibank) corporations in Zambia.
He has participated in many multi-million United States
Dollar capital raising deals (including World Bank
negotiations) and is attitude trained.
Victor is the current company Secretary for Master Power
Zambia Limited and the University Of Africa. In addition,
he is a member of the Audit/Risk Management Committee
of the Zambia State Insurance Company Limited Board.
He is the immediate past Chairman of the CIMA Africa
Board.
Further, Victor also served as committee member on the
Audit Committee of the Workers Compensation Fund

Leo Luthombi Liambela - COO
Leo L. Liambela is a Licentiate Member of the Zambia
Institute of Chartered Accountants- LZICA and has 12
years working experience in Accounting, Finance and
Enterprise Management. He is a member of the Institute
of Directors of Zambia and hes currently pursuing his
Accounting Charter with CIMA UK as well as degree in
Zambian Law.
