Background	
Mulenji Chartered Global Management Accountants-
MCGMAs, is named “Mulenji” which translated into English
from Tumbuka means “It is dawn”. The concept of ‘it is
dawn’ appropriately captures the institutional philosophy
of treating each day as a precious gift representing
new value adding opportunities as yet unexploited. The
professional services outfit was first registered in 2008
as Mulenji Chartered Accountants or MCAs to provide
professional services for smart and sustainable business
models.
Srategic Direction
Accountancy is the language of business. That is true in
more ways than one. Beyond the necessary book-keeping
and financial accounting, MCGMAs brings to the market,
value adding Management Accountancy that helps people
and organisations to succeed.
MCGMAs have a unique management accounting bias
as the ever present need of the hour! It is no wonder that
management accountancy was included in the renaming
of the firm effective 10th August, 2015.

the name Mulenji Chartered Accountants was changed to
Mulenji Chartered Global Management Accountants-simply
MCGMAs!

A2. Key Men Brief Resume
Victor MP Nyasulu - CEO
Victor Nyasulu is a Fellow Chartered Global Management
Accountant (FCMA), Fellow member of the Zambia
Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA) who holds a
public accountants practicing certificate.
For over 20 years, Victor has accumulated a wealth
of Accounting, Treasury and Corporate governance
experience acquired from Public Service Broadcasting-
PSB (ZNBC), Aviation (Zambian Airways), Water (Lusaka
Water & Sanitation Company), Electricity (ZESCO) and
Banking (Citibank) corporations in Zambia.
He has participated in many multi-million United States
Dollar capital raising deals (including World Bank
negotiations) and is attitude trained.
Victor is the current company Secretary for Master Power
Zambia Limited and the University Of Africa. In addition,
he is a member of the Audit/Risk Management Committee
of the Zambia State Insurance Company Limited Board.
He is the immediate past Chairman of the CIMA Africa
Board.
Further, Victor also served as committee member on the
Audit Committee of the Workers Compensation Fund
Control Board-WCFCB, board member of MultiChoice
Zambia and GOtv Zambia, Secretary of Mulungushi Village
Complex Ltd and Technical Chair of Zambia Institute of
Chartered Accountants where he served for three years
2008-2011.
Leo Luthombi Liambela - COO
Leo L. Liambela is a Licentiate Member of the Zambia
Institute of Chartered Accountants- LZICA and has 12
years working experience in Accounting, Finance and
Enterprise Management. He is a member of the Institute
of Directors of Zambia and hes currently pursuing his
Accounting Charter with CIMA UK as well as degree in
Zambian Law.
He has served in top management positions for different
companies in Road Transport, Energy, Aviation (Airline)
and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs). He also
worked at the professional firm Deloitte and Touche
previously.
As an experienced business strategist with expert
problem solving skills, Leo assisted to turn around ailing
businesses into profitable business ventures. Main
achievements include the successful introduction and
implementation of activity based budgeting and cost
evaluation at Zambia Airways that resulted in cash
savings of USD $ 1.3m over a 3 months period; and,
developed Raptor Haulage from annual revenues of $500k
to $1.5m in 3 years. In addition, Leo has participated in
several debt capital financing deals involving multi million
United States Dollars.
Further, Leo is the Company Secretary for Kudu
AgriConsulting Limited and MCGMAs Limited.

Key Men Brief Resume Victor MP Nyasulu - CEO Victor Nyasulu is a Fellow Chartered Global Management Accountant (FCMA), Fellow member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA) who holds a public accountants practicing certificate. For over 20 years, Victor has accumulated a wealth of Accounting, Treasury and Corporate governance experience acquired from Public Service Broadcasting- PSB (ZNBC), Aviation (Zambian Airways), Water (Lusaka Water & Sanitation Company), Electricity (ZESCO) and Banking (Citibank) corporations in Zambia. He has participated in many multi-million United States Dollar capital raising deals (including World Bank negotiations) and is attitude trained. Victor is the current company Secretary for Master Power Zambia Limited and the University Of Africa. In addition, he is a member of the Audit/Risk Management Committee of the Zambia State Insurance Company Limited Board. He is the immediate past Chairman of the CIMA Africa Board. Leo Luthombi Liambela - COO Leo L. Liambela is a Licentiate Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants- LZICA and has 12 years working experience in Accounting, Finance and Enterprise Management. He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Zambia and hes currently pursuing his Accounting Charter with CIMA UK as well as degree in Zambian Law.
