6. VC SERVICES
• Capital Calls – Calculation and preparation of capital
call letters to LPs and GPs, and track receipts
• Distributions – Processing of distribution notices to
LPs and GPs, calculation of distribution, and prepare
batch wire upload documents for cash distributions
• Management Fees – Prepare management fee
calculations quarterly and prepare transfers of fees to
management company
• Investment Activity – Process investments during the
period, including preparing wires, investment
approvals
• Reconcile bank accounts to GL monthly and all other

• Prepare and review quarterly financial statements for all

financial statements, PCAPs, Distributions, Capital Calls

• FundManager.IO LP Portal – After setup, upload
documents and notices on an as needed basis
