1. POPULAR BAJAJ(FROM DEC-09-MARCH-10) --Service Advisor
o Receiving the vehicles from customers with documentation.
o Testing the vehicle by test drive.
o Detecting the problems which are occurred in the vehicles.
o Intimation to customer for changing the spare parts which are worn out in
vehicle.
o Intimation to customer after the vehicle is repaired by telecommunication.
o Giving delivery the vehicle to customer in good condition, with customer
satisfaction.
2. JOHN DEERE- (MARCH-10 to JAN-12) -- Junior Engineer.
JOHN DEERE- (ATA IMPEX- To Set-Up New Bonded Ware House) -
(FEB-12 to JUN- 12)— Project In charge
o We are not getting the parts requirements from our customer.
o So planning & forecasting is done for all India specific parts based on the
history, consumption pattern, criticality of the parts & tractor population in
the resp. market.
o Updating these requirements in SAP.
o Follow up with SCM & Vendors for getting these parts at PDC in time.
o In case if any internal manufactured parts need to procure from factory
o Making reservation for the required parts against the factory.
o Making arrangements for the vehicle to load the goods.
o Follow up with Resp. factory heads & the same in awarding to PDC.
o From the Hub of PDC parts will distribute to customer end.
A) Exports
o Order Receipt & follow up with our export customers.
o Order entry into our system (SAP) & executions.
o Physical picking & packaging coordination with 3PL (warehouse)
o Shipments consolidation for final dispatch.
o Transport arrangements with ATA/DHL/Couriers depend upon the nature of
shipments.
o All the relative documentation (Invoices, ARE etc.)
o Confirmation of final dispatches with safety & quality.
o Monitoring & tracking of the all export shipments thru forwarder (custom
clearance etc.)
o And providing to our export customer.
o All documentation follows up with freight forwarder required for rebate
claim & Proof of exports. Timely submission of the documents to excise and
finance.
B) Imports
o Parts forecasting & planning for import parts from supplier.
o Raising the P.O. (Purchase order) against the supplier for the required
parts, for paying the duties against the imported parts for customs.
o Pre alert gets from the logistics for the MRP declaration.
o Arrangement for the vehicle to pick up goods from the port.
o Customs clearance & Proper documentation maintained while importing the
goods.
C) Factory end dispatches:-
o Arranging shipments of Engines & Transmission aggregates directly from
factory to customer end.
o Dispatching other Interfactory parts as per requirements from marketing
departments.
D) Pricing:-
o Pricing is done for all parts based on MRP and PO price by help of Purchase
and finance for all the tractor spare parts.
o Maintaining these prices in SAP through finance department.
E) Performance highlights for year FY-11:-
o Achieved fill rate of 98 % for PDC which is the highest compared to previous
years.
o Exceeds the annual sales target of 9cr, done 10.52cr sales. In the FY11
o Many process improvements in work profile which leads to save man hours
and smoothen the entire operations.(e.g. label printing, invoicing)
o Achieved 3 & 2 place for quarter(2 & 3 in fy10) & 3rd best Continuous
Improvement Team in FY10for (Quarter-4)
F) Goal taken Towards FY-12:-
o Fill rates above 100 %. ( With High quality delivery performance in all
aspects)
o Annual Sales target of 12Cr.
o Inventory.
G) Challenges Towards future In line to improve customer satisfaction:-
o Forecasting or tentative requirements needs from our customers in order to
have better material planning, inventory & for the good fill rates.
o Transfer pricing policy all over the JD.
o Parts availability in time from SCM.

(Material Controller)
o Function: - Sourcing of Vendors, Planning, Forecasting & Material
Procurement, Inventory Management, Production Feeding.
o Aim of Function :- Execute operational excellence by developing Material
control process in line with Volvo Tag Time
o Responsibilities :-
o Releasing yearly Business plan and Rolling forecast to supplier
o Create Scheduling Agreements in SAP based on GPS PO and sent to Local
suppliers
o PO & SA Creation against supplier, to inward the goods.
o Coordinating with GTT team for all supplies and Quality related issues
o Release of call off schedules for Chasie Local parts
o Local parts planning and follow up for receiving
o Coordinate between SQA and suppliers
o Follow up for Vendor payments
o Vendors accounts reconciliation
o Job work material reconciliation
o Rejected part sending back to Vendors
o Maintaining relevant Documents for IMS(QMS+EMS)
o MIS Reports.
