Document screening is done by a number of academics in groups of specialized fields. If you
do not pass the screening, you will be notified shortly. If you pass, there will not be further

• Oct ~ Nov, 2013 Interview screening：
Notifications for interviews are generally sent at least two weeks before the date of the
examination. The interview is conducted by the Committee (Tokyo) who are scholars and
specialists in US-Japan relations. If you do not partake in the interview on the designated
date, you will be automatically disqualified.

assumption that "this is logic to collapse in reverse when you are negative.
This will often be the answer
