Australian Visa Assistance
MB Lawyers is an Australian law firm specialising in
Australian Immigration law, with a particular focus on
corporate immigration. We are dedicated to assist
the HR function with visa requirements to enable
global talent mobility.
The Importance of
Getting it Right
Integrity, corporate responsibility, professionalism
and employer of choice, are all reasons to ensure
immigration law is at the forefront of your global
mobility strategy.
Compliance and Monitoring is a key focus and
companies are subject to targeted monitoring
checks by the Department of Immigration. Penalties
can be devastating – fines, freeze on your ability to
sponsor, cancellation of sponsorship facility can all
lead to, at the very least, disruption to a project or the
very worst, can bring the company to its heels. Don’t
risk it.
How We Can Help
We know you need immediate answers as to the
requirements for persons to work in your Australian
organisation.
Arrange Visas
We will:
» Confirm eligibility for the visa
» Liaise with you and your employee in relation to
legal requirements
» Keep you and your employee advised as to
progress
» Advise of any potential issues with the application
up-front as well as strategy to overcome, so you
don’t get any nasty surprises
» Advise on skills assessments, penal checks and
health requirements
» Prepare and lodge the visa application with the
Department of Immigration
» Liaise with the Department of Immigration to see
the application through to decision
We advise on and make application for the appropriate
visa for your particular needs - whether intra-company
secondments, exchange programs, business visits,
occupational training, or talent extracted from the
global talent market. You may recognise the Subclass
457/ 482 visa as the most utilised visa for employment
purposes – this is our expertise!
