Problem:
Most of the students in the Middle East College do not have the capability to
maintain and fix their personal laptop problems even if it a simple problem.
Most of the technicians in this college face the problem of fixing and repairing
staff and students laptops and that case more time for them to fix a lot of
computers on one day.
Causes:
There are many different causes for this problem and the following are the
important one:
1- Lack of technical skills for staff and students.
2- Lack of maintaining skills for staff and students.
3- Dependence on the technicians support.
4- Lack of workshops in case of maintaining computers.
Suggestion Idea:
