1) Responsible for getting the pilot service packaging materials and BOM created
for a customer based project. Researched and evaluated channel partners for
requirements and sale guidelines. Assisted in creating and editing shipping
and customer labels throughout the supply chain. Represented my department
in meetings with various departments to discuss and approve each aspect of
the project. Worked with international suppliers and sales coordinators.
2) Responsible to be the first person on-site for the immediate conversion of
parts from the CAT-owned, Australian company Bucyrus to the internal CAT
network. Receive, inspect, verify, create packaging setups and direct the parts
as they come into the facility. Secondary responsibilities include auditing and
supporting various other local facilities, give remote support to Brazil and
