o Trouble shooting packaging production lines, better throughput
o Studied how to improve LDPE, HDPE, PP, and PET structure strength
of light weight container issues (bottles and tubs)
o Studied and started to test PLA and recycled plastics for bottles and
containers for future goals
o Product development, sustainable packaging, increase attainment goals,
reduced case sealing cost by 32%
o Everything going to PLA, PP, and PET recycled bottles with shrink
labels or stronger adhesive labels that are moisture resistance
o Design of Plastic bottles for strength lies in the “ribbing structure” for
stress and strength of the bottle
o Shrink wrap sleeves help add strength to light weight PE bottles
o Found a special way to run corrugated trays that don’t warp as much for
bottling and canning lines as well
o Formed Partnerships with vendors, as well as suppliers to meet goals of
the company
