Matteo Pizzo is a Red Seal certified chef with over 10 years of experience working in fine dining restaurants, hotels, golf courses, and catering special events. He has extensive skills in Italian, French, North American, and West Coast cuisines. Pizzo is currently a Sous Chef at Whistler Blackcomb Rendezvous Lodge where he oversees 35 staff members and ensures excellent service. He has a passion for food and experimenting with new flavors.
