4. Angles and Lines
Angles are measured by determining

lines that make up the angle. A common
unit of measure for angles is degrees.

Polygons can be classified by their angle
measurements and side measurements.
A regular polygon is a figure whose
sides are all the same length and whose
angles all measure the same.
6. Intersecting lines
Two segments that come together are
said to intersect. Below, ray DE
