This document discusses why the author is encouraging the adoption of the Master's Plan of Evangelism and Discipleship (also known as G-12) in the Southern California District. It summarizes the author's experience visiting the Cali Church of the Nazarene in Colombia, which was implementing the Master's Plan successfully. The author then draws parallels between the Master's Plan system and John Wesley's system of interlocking small groups, which was highly effective in spreading Methodism. Adopting a system like the Master's Plan may help revitalize churches by emphasizing prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and empowering lay leadership.
