This document outlines the plans for election training to be conducted over three phases. It provides lists of master trainers and facilitators who will lead the sessions. The training will take place in 4 classrooms, with around 50 participants per class. In the first phase, the training will be introductory in nature without voting machines. The second phase will provide more detailed training and demonstrations with voting machines. The final phase will train the actual polling staff before Election Day. Facilitators are responsible for participant attendance and logistics in their local areas.

 There will be 4 rooms for training session
 3 rooms in GBHSS kangan
 1 at ZEO office kangan
 Each class will be engaged by 2 MRPs and 2
Facilitators
 Mrps have to Train The officials for elections
 And Facilitators have to take account of the
participants of their own area and do paper work
attendance of participants will be handed over to
facilitators .

5. Work list
 If in any circumstances the MRP can't continue the
class ,the facilitator have to continue the class
 So this training will be equally for both Facilitators
and Mrps responsibilities have to share
 In first phase the training will be general in character
 May be or may not voting machines will be available
 So we have to train them without voting machine
 In second Phase Voting machines will be available
 In third and final phase Voting Machines will be
Available

6. Work sheet for first phase
 We have to send attendance of participants
 With their whats app numbers to Election Cell
 The participants of Hariganiwan will be received by
the Facilitators of Hariganiwan
 Rooms will be decided by Facilitators who so ever
comes first one room will be booked
 Proper seating Arriangement should be there ,no
person will be standing in the class room

7. Work sheet for first phase
 First come and first serve basis
 About 50 persons per class room
 This training will be general in its character
 Introductory and brief description

8. Second Phase
 This training will be different for different batches
 Specifically for P1, P2,P3 and for Presiding officers
 More descriptive in nature
 Each and every thing should be Taught with
description
 Even voting Machine should be Operated Practically
 Tags Seals and other material
Attendance of Participants and roster for classes will
be given by Hakeem Nazir Ahmad our Group Head

9. Last and final Phase
 This will be same training as of second phase
 But the
 The Participants in last Phase will be the actual officials
who will be in polling booths next day
 So care should be taken in order to make them train
fully ,voting machine seal presiding officers diary
 Important points during polling
 And the material which they have to pack and return
back
