- 2. We thought the best way to understand scrum would be to experience it. So we asked all the people involved in the project to come to a 2 hour session In one instance we had 70 people in the room

- 11. Rules of the game •Two 15 minutes long iterations •A Product Owner is allocated to each team •Each team nominates a Scrum Master: •Updates the board •Attends the mid iteration scrum of scrum •Each team commits to scope at start of the iteration •Retrospective and Demo at end of iteration
- 12. Planning… At the first few seconds people were looking for the team leaders. Since none were available they started to self manage
- 13. Building… Immediate feedback was provided by the product owners. People were assisting each other
- 14. Investing in quality The team made the commitment so they cared about the results
- 15. Integrating to one big creation People from all teams were helping each other
- 16. Done! The people were energized and motivated. We saw that clear scope, self management and quick feedback are key success factors Can we make our day to day look like this?
