The architect extended this top floor in South East London with the
addition of a copper clade roof extension and internal refurbishment
to enlarge the property with a light and airy space. Perched on top of
this three-storey Victorian terrace the copper addition provides an
extra bedroom and bathroom. Large windows and roof lights give
the space an airy and lofty feel providing new views to the
surrounding trees and sky. Working to deliver CAD packages, visual
and presentation booklets for this loft conversion.

Developed design concept, preliminary planning and digital model
for the project of a fitting bathroom’s showroom and office in Dubai.
The new design give more strength at the bend of the picture
window. The project is divided into functional areas from the central
wall, on the left of this spine take place the management functions, to
the right start the visit to the showroom. Sound The visit will begin
through the exhibition of showers while a background sound of
water will make this first exposure area more "emotional". View This
exhibition is dedicated to sinks and toilets, treated as a design gallery,
exposed along the curve of the views of Dubai and supported on a
band on which water’s images will be projected. Touch The visit
ended with a Wunderkammer where will be exposed taps and fitting
on a dark background, individually illuminated by washwall lights, the
water will be collected in a continuous dark natural stone flat sink.

The project is a «temporary shop», or rather a temporary commercial

request was to create a new type of interaction between customers
and refrigerated food to improve the experience in the
supermarkets. Other requeriments were for the installation to be
modular, also with a removable roof for the outdoor, that could be
quickly dismantled, easy to transfer, easy to customize and to be
reused for another event with a different brand in another place.

The critical reading of the territory has allowed to look at it as a
variegated plot of textute, torn by the cut of the great infrastructure
(highway A19), from which the concept: reconstruct the territory
through new texture, this the idea that has produced the guidelines
for the project.
The project foresees the renewal of the Vignicella area, inside the
Pisani ex psychiatric hospital, through the planning of an urban park
that entertains two buildings for co-housing, a library, a place for the
cults, urban gardens and relative warehouses. Has been design also
a "space-filter", an element that connects the height difference
between the infrastructure's quota and the quota of the Park, so that
to be connected but not connecting.
