This document discusses using Marketo forms for advanced use cases. It describes creating a multi-step conditional form to capture information without a CRM integration by using flexible fields. Conditional logic was used to show different fields based on responses. Smart campaigns were created to route leads and send alerts based on conditions, and to clear out temporary one-time-use data after the campaign ended. Flexible fields and conditional parameters allowed capturing needed data in a universal picklist format without native CRM fields.
