BRUNCH RETRO TRUCK specializes in the production of:
 Sandwiches: Among the main sandwiches have what the retro brunch wich
and papaola wich.
 Burgers: The hamburgers we offer are the panama burger and elvis burger.
 Hot dog: The dog ho prepared on our premises is the JAMES DEAN DOG; which leads
bacon, sour cream, cheese sauce among others.
 Milkshakes: The different
milkshakes prepared brunch
retro truck are Marilin Malt,
Vanilla Malt, Danny Zuko
Milkshake and chocolate
milkshake.
 Waffles: Among the waffles
have, chicken & waffles,
waffles chicken tenders.
 We also offer what are
Crepes but this product we
offer one specific day which
would Fridays.
PRICE
 Our differentiation is to offer
fair prices for the value of
customer satisfaction. The
value we place our products,
in this same way influence our
prices.
 Speed, flavor and good prices,
are elements that make the
food trucks in a choice over
food for many.
Demand
Meet the demand for our
product is essential to develop
our prices.
Knowing the behavior of our
customers regarding the price.
To do this we must try to
analyze four key factors of our
public: cultural, social, personal
(age, stage of life ...) and
psychological.

 We will have a day
we offer breakfast
at half price. In
addition we will
make promotional
packages.

The food truck will be located in
different places in Panama but the
specific areas that we choose to
start this business are:
 UIP University
A big advantage for us that students
of culinary arts and other careers
know about our product so they can
talk to others about the food that we
offer and promote the food truck
through their experience in Retro
Brunch Truck.
Casco Antiguo (Tourist place).
 We choose El Casco Antiguo by
the advantage that it is a tourist
spot and also benefits us by the
different entertainment centers
that are around.
Promotion
 Media Promotion
Social media is the key to reaching large numbers of people at a
minimal cost.
We Use Instagram to post pictures and video
clips of favorite dishes of Retro brunch
truck, also to promote group events and
interior shots that show the appeal of our
restaurant.
Facebook
Facebook enables users to connect with
friends and family by sharing status
updates, personal photos and other items
of interest, is perfect to share photos of
our restaurant and in this way people can
get more information about retro brunch
truck whenever they want.
Twitter
Another way to keep in touch with our clients through messages
called tweets.
Fliers
Distribute flyers with important information about our restaurant,
including the address, phone number, type of cuisine and specials.

Create different events to invite people to taste our dishes and know more about the
experience is another way to promote the food truck restaurant in different places of
Panama City.
