1. My name is Bruce Huchro; I am currently seeking an Industrial Recruiting or Referral position. I
have experience building a job-search program from the ground up, as well as trusted Chicago-area
business connections gained from over 20 years of leadership in warehouse and
distribution. I believe I can be an asset to anyone’s organization.
I've done Church Ministry work for 40 plus years, and in 2003 I helped create St. Hubert's Job &
Network Ministry. We had no idea how it would grow - serving approximately 50,000
unemployed individuals to date. My role as Co Coordinator includes creating and updating
the job leads on our website, coaching jobseekers individually, and facilitating introductions
with Human Resources recruiters. As fulfilling as this volunteer position has been, I know I
could have a greater impact in the community as an employment professional with an
organization like yours.
My work in warehousing and distribution and my deep connections to Chicago-area business
communities would also help me open doors for your clients. I speak the same language as
industry managers and I know first-hand the challenges of bringing a new employee up to
speed. In addition, my speaking engagements at the Hoffman Estates Chamber of Commerce
and Schaumburg Business Association provide perfect opportunities to develop new
