Welcome
Over the years, Netanya has time and again proven its exceptional
ability to create new residential neighborhoods that excel at quality of

As architects of Ocean Park Towers, the firm set itself the goal of designing an

The design of the tower’s public spaces was entrusted to Tovi Gal, who has
more than a decade of experience as an architect with Tel Aviv’s leading firms,
including Bar Orian Architects and Arcod Architects.
Tovi’s design concept stems directly from the local context of the tower itself
– its proximity to the open spaces of the park and the sea. The entrance
lobby is a bright, open, inviting space, with high ceilings, elegant lighting,
and a tranquil, minimalist design accented with timeless luxuries, almost
like jewelry.
From the lobby, you continue to more private spaces, including the residents’
club that evokes the opulence of a hotel lounge – a dynamic, ever-changing
area with a large multipurpose bar at its center. The double-sized gym
overlooks the park, enabling a unique vacation atmosphere to permeate
the entire tower.
Transitioning to the upper floors, the pace gradually slows, the colors soften,
and the lights dim, enabling you to enjoy a calmer, more intimate mood until
