Mark Divine founded SEALFIT, a training program that approaches physical training from both an internal and external perspective to develop mental and physical toughness. SEALFIT training focuses on six domains: strength, stamina, work capacity, endurance, durability, and mental toughness. The training pushes people to their physical limits in order to tax their minds as well and develop strength, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure. A major component is learning one's limits and how to push beyond them without overextending oneself. The goal is to train the body and mind simultaneously as an integrated system.
