This first images is of a American Footballer.
In a fashion article. The first thing that stands
out is the mans teeth and the dogs teeth
because both are white and stand out
because of the dark colours on the mans
face. American football is a aggressive sport
in this image its highlighted by the man
being compared to a dog , this shows a
animal instinct inside the man. The light is
projected onto his face making it easier for
the audience to see the teeth. The black suit
shows a smart side to the male while it also
helps makes his eyes and teeth stand out.
The grey background doesn’t distract the
viewer from the main focus points in the
image. This image has a narrow depth of feel
because not much of the image is in vision.

the women in the image look plastic dolls
this helps to create a feeling of
nervousness with the image. The image
was taken in new York city you can tells
this by looking at the stalls behind the
models as well as the skyscrapers both
are associated with the city of new York.

This image is of the royal family. It was created to
celebrate their engagement. First of all this
image is staged you can tell this by how
uncoverable she. Her body position is not a
natural one. Unlike the other images the females
eyes are not focused on us as a audience but
looking slightly to the side. Mario Testiono has
used direct address in this image when it comes
to William, his eyes are directed on everyone so
people feel like he looking at you. No matter
where you stand in the room it will always fell like
he is looking at you. The natural colours that
they are both wearing help to make the white
background stand out.
The lighting used in this image is used to create
the illusion that the lighting is coming from
outside , when in fact its false lighting because if
they where to use the outside lighting it would
create a shadow.
There is a narrow depth feeling in this image
because Katie and Williams are the only two
things that are in focus.

This photo of a man is different because it shows
him applying makeup, something that is usual
associated with women. I believe that Mario
Testing is trying to shock people by showing a man
applying makeup this is something people don’t
usually see men do. I believe that the
photographer is trying to change the general
perception that we have in genders. The first thing
that attracts your attention is the red lipstick
because its so bright it attracts your attention
straight to his lips.
The white shirt colour helps to show off the red
lipstick because its such a plain colour it doesn't
take any attention away from the key areas. The
males hair is gelled back so it helps us as a
audience to see the face clearly. The image has a
narrow depth of feel to it because the image feels
compact and narrow.
