Newfoundland and Labrador is a province located in eastern Canada that was originally a British colony. It has a humid climate and English is the primary language spoken. The capital and largest city is St. John's, where visitors can find the Newfoundland Museum of history and archaeology. Nature attractions include the Greenland Railway with suspension bridges over waterfalls, as well as Gros Morne National Park which covers 400 square kilometers and features hiking trails, beaches, and glacial landscapes.
